The boxing shin and ankle guards in size M are training sleeves for the legs for juniors, women, and smaller adults who practise MMA, Muay Thai, or boxing. Size M corresponds to height 140–165 cm. The shin section has a length of 36 cm and the attached instep guard measures 16 cm, ensuring the leg is protected from the shin to the toes. The guards absorb impacts during kicks, blocks, and contact with an opponent during training and sparring. They are suitable for training in the gym, sparring, and solo practice on a bag.
- Full-Length Shin — The 36 cm long guard covers the front of the shin from below the knee to the ankle. The padded front surface absorbs the force of kicks and blocks.
- Instep and Ankle — The 16 cm long instep section smoothly connects to the shin guard. Together, they protect the front of the ankle and the top of the foot.
- Calf Fastening — Two Velcro straps on the back allow the guard to be quickly put on, tightened according to the calf circumference, and easily removed after training.

How do I return goods?
