The box with raw minerals is a small transparent box containing stones on a black base. On the front, there is a purple label with the English name of the mineral, so you immediately know what you have in front of you. Through the transparent lid, the stones are clearly visible from all sides. The stones are arranged in the box to highlight their colour and texture. The compact box fits in the palm of your hand and can be easily stored in a collection or on a shelf.
- Types of Minerals — variant 1 contains amethyst, variant 2 contains amethyst geode, variant 3 contains citrine, variant 4 contains fluorite, variant 5 contains a mix of polished gemstones, variant 6 contains quartz geode, variant 7 contains pyrite, variant 8 contains quartz, variant 9 contains rose quartz, and variant 10 contains silicon carbide. Silicon carbide is a man-made material according to the label.
- Raw Stones — most variants contain raw, unprocessed pieces with natural shape and texture. The exception is variant 5, which includes a mix of small polished stones. Each piece is unique, and therefore the shape and size of the stones may slightly differ from the photographs.
- Transparent Box — the stones rest on a black base, which enhances their colours and shine. The box has a white base and a transparent lid that protects the contents from dust.
- Label with Name — on the front of the box, there is a purple label with the name of the mineral in English. This makes it easy to identify the stones, even if you have several at home.
- Dimensions — the box measures 4 x 3 x 2 cm. It comfortably fits in the palm of your hand, in a drawer, or on a shelf.
- Contents — 1x box with the mineral according to the selected variant. The photograph with multiple boxes shows all variants together. The glass container, flowers, and other items in the photographs are not included in the package.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
