The over-ear headphones offer two connection methods: wirelessly via Bluetooth 4.1 or with a cable featuring a 3.5 mm jack connector. You can use them with a phone or with a device without Bluetooth, provided it has a 3.5 mm jack output. The large padded ear cups envelop your ears and the buttons for controlling music and volume are located directly on the ear cup. The built-in microphone allows you to make calls without holding the phone to your ear, leaving your hands free during conversations. The package includes a case in which you can carry the headphones in a bag or backpack, as well as a charging cable and a 3.5 mm jack cable.
- Wireless Connection — the headphones pair with your phone or other device via Bluetooth 4.1. Pairing is done in the Bluetooth settings of your device. There are no cables between the headphones and the audio source that could get tangled or caught.
- Wired Listening — for wired listening, the 3.5 mm jack connector is used. You can use it with devices without Bluetooth, such as a computer or a player with a headphone output. The necessary cable is included in the package, so you do not need to purchase anything extra.
- Sound — the frequency range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz covers the entire audible spectrum from the lowest to the highest tones. The sensitivity of the headphones is 85 dB. Sensitivity indicates how loudly the headphones play at a given input power.
- Controls and Microphone — the buttons on the ear cup are used to control music playback and volume adjustment. The built-in microphone allows you to make calls while the phone remains in your pocket or on the table. There is also a blue LED indicator on the ear cup.
- Charging — the headphones are charged via a Micro USB port. The charging cable can be found in the package and can be plugged into a charger or a computer with a USB port.
- Dimensions and Design — the headphones measure 17.9 x 16.3 x 9 cm, making them easy to store in a backpack or larger bag. The ear cups are padded and the black design is complemented by silver arms that connect the headband to the ear cups. The headband has a black cover.
- Case — included in the package is a headphone case that protects them during transport. You can store the headphones in it when not in use, for example while travelling. This protects them from dust and scratches.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
