The Bluetooth earhook headset is designed for making calls and listening to music without holding the phone in your hand. It hooks behind the ear with a shaped hook, and thanks to the built-in microphone, you can conduct calls. Call control and music playback are directly on the headset. It connects wirelessly to your phone via Bluetooth 5.1. When not in use, you can store it in the included case.
- Wearing Behind the Ear — the headset stays on your ear thanks to the shaped hook that hangs behind the earlobe. Variant 1 is worn behind the right ear and variant 2 behind the left ear. The headset is worn on only one ear, leaving the other ear free.
- Calls — the built-in microphone allows you to make calls while your phone remains in your pocket. You can accept or reject incoming calls and end ongoing calls directly on the headset.
- Music and Assistant — the headset also allows for music playback control, so you can use it for listening as well. It also supports the voice assistant Siri.
- Connection — the headset connects to the phone wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.1. The frequency range is 20 Hz to 21 kHz.
- Battery — the headset is powered by a built-in battery with a capacity of 200 mAh. The included charging cable is used for charging.
- Design — the headset has a glossy silver-grey finish with a black trim and a round part with a speaker. The case is dark grey and has an oval shape.
- Case — you can store the headset in the case when not in use. This protects the headset while being carried in your pocket or bag.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
