The BioloMix SJ-023 slow juicer cold presses juice and, thanks to its wide feeding opening of 130 mm, allows you to insert whole fruits and vegetables without prior cutting. The hopper has a capacity of 1.8 l, so you can fill it at once without needing to add ingredients piece by piece. The 250 W motor operates at low speeds of 40–65 rpm, gently crushing and extracting juice from the fruit. The triple filter with mesh sizes of 2 mm, 0.8 mm, and 0.5 mm helps achieve a high yield and pure juice. The parts that come into contact with food are BPA-free.

The slow cold pressing gently processes apples, citrus fruits, carrots, celery, leafy greens, and other ingredients. Simply place the fruit in the hopper, close the lid, and switch on the juicer. The juice flows into the 1000 ml container while the pulp is separated into a separate container. If a blockage occurs during juicing, press the reverse function button and the auger will turn in the opposite direction to release the obstruction. The juicer automatically stops when the lid is opened. With a hopper capacity of 1.8 l and a juice container of 1000 ml, you can prepare a larger quantity of juice for the whole family at once.

The simple design is easy to assemble and disassemble. After each juicing, leave the juicer switched on for about 30 seconds to extract any remaining pulp, and then clean it immediately. When cleaning the juicing bowl, open the sealing plug at the bottom and remove any residues. The included brush is used for cleaning the sieve. Parts can be washed in the dishwasher, but the water temperature must not exceed 40 °C.
