The BioloMix SJ-017 slow juicer extracts juice cold using a slowly rotating auger that gradually crushes and presses the fruits and vegetables. The wide feeding opening with a diameter of 78 mm allows for whole or roughly chopped ingredients to be inserted, making preparation quicker. The 200 W motor drives the auger at low speeds, ensuring gentle juicing. Juice drains into a separate container while the pulp is separated into another container. The juicer is suitable for preparing fresh juices from apples, oranges, carrots, celery, cucumbers, leafy greens, and other fruits and vegetables. Before use, place a container under the juice outlet and another container under the pulp opening. Insert the ingredients into the feeding opening and gently push them down with the included pusher if necessary. Never use your fingers or other objects for this purpose. The slow rotation of the auger ensures that the ingredients are processed gradually and the juice flows smoothly.

For harder ingredients, such as carrots or beetroot, insert them gradually and alternate with softer fruits. Remove stones and hard pits, such as those from peaches or plums, before juicing. Peel citrus fruits to avoid bitterness in the juice. Roll leafy greens into smaller bundles and insert them along with the other ingredients.

After each use, disassemble the juicer and rinse the individual parts under running water. Clean the sieve, where pulp remnants may cling, with the included brush. Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling. Do not submerge the motor unit in water; simply wipe it with a damp cloth. Regular cleaning will ensure that the juicer operates reliably even with daily use. Place the juicer on a flat and stable surface and do not leave it unattended during operation.
