The BioloMix horizontal slow juicer extracts juice cold using a slowly rotating auger that gradually crushes and presses the ingredients. This results in a high juice yield and is particularly suitable for leafy greens, celery, herbs, and fruits. The juicer is equipped with a reverse function, which helps to release ingredients if the auger becomes blocked. The slow rotation ensures quiet operation, allowing you to juice even early in the morning without disturbing others. Juice and pulp flow into two separate containers, and a cleaning brush is included in the package.

The horizontal design is particularly suitable for processing leafy greens such as spinach, kale, parsley, or wheatgrass, as well as for celery. However, it can also handle apples, carrots, cucumbers, and other fruits and vegetables. Insert the ingredients into the feeding chute at the top. The auger slowly pushes and presses them, with juice flowing into one container and pulp exiting through a second opening into another container. If the ingredients get stuck, briefly use the reverse function and then continue juicing.

Cut harder ingredients into smaller pieces and insert them gradually. Remove pits and hard cores before juicing, and peel citrus fruits to avoid bitter juice. Leafy greens and celery can be inserted whole or cut into longer pieces. Very soft fruits, such as bananas or avocados, are not suitable for juicing.

After use, disassemble the juicer and rinse the individual parts under running water. Clean the sieve, which retains pulp residue, with the included brush. Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling. Do not submerge the motor unit in water; simply wipe it with a damp cloth. Regular cleaning will ensure that the sieve does not become clogged and that the juicer operates reliably even with daily use. Place the juicer on a flat and stable surface and do not leave it unattended during operation.
