Operation is simple. Immerse the whisk head into the milk, press one button to turn on the frother, and press again to switch speeds. The first speed is suitable for quickly incorporating air and creating voluminous foam, while the second is for gently mixing and unifying the foam's texture. The indicators on the handle show the selected level and, by holding the button for about two seconds, the battery charge status. The device operates quietly, emitting approximately 42 dB on the first speed, making it unobtrusive even early in the morning.
After use, simply rinse the whisk head under running water and let it dry. The body of the frother is not waterproof, so do not submerge it in water; just wipe it clean. The transparent protective cover shields the head and shaft from dust and damage when carrying the frother in a bag or storing it in a kitchen drawer. Thanks to its slim body, it fits comfortably in the hand and into any kitchen.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
