The Batking headless travel electric guitar is a six-string instrument designed for musicians who want to play anywhere on the go. The guitar features a through-body design with a one-piece hard maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard, ensuring strength, good tone transfer, and a pleasant playing feel. Thanks to its headless design, the instrument measures only 73.8 cm in length and weighs just 1.6 kg, making it easy to fit into an airplane, train, or car, so you can take it with you whenever inspiration strikes. Both the body and neck are made of maple, and the rosewood fingerboard carries 21 frets for comfortable playing across the entire range. Included in the package is a gig bag for easy transport and protection of the instrument while travelling or storing.
The guitar is equipped with a Double Locking Tremolo Bridge and a high-output Dual Rail (Hot Rail humbucker made in Korea) pickup, which suppresses unwanted feedback and noise while delivering a clear and full sound. The double locking of the strings at the bridge helps maintain tuning even with significant use of the tremolo arm. The built-in adjustable truss rod allows for manual adjustment of the neck curvature and keeps it straight under various conditions. The through-body construction also contributes to longer sustain and overall stability of the instrument. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
