These bass-focused earbuds are designed for everyday listening to music, podcasts, audiobooks, and videos. Unlike in-ear plugs, they do not insert into the ear canal but sit freely in the outer part of the ear. The earbud body is made of ABS plastic, and due to its dark semi-transparent design, the internal construction is visible. A microphone for phone calls is located on the cable, allowing you to use the earbuds for calls and video calls. They connect to your phone, tablet, or laptop via a 3.5 mm jack connector.
- Sound — the earbuds are tuned with an emphasis on bass, making music sound fuller. The frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz corresponds to the range of human hearing, covering bass, mids, and treble. The earbuds have a sensitivity of 115 dB and an impedance of 32 Ω.
- Microphone — the microphone is located in a small housing on the cable. This allows you to make calls without holding the phone to your ear. It can also be used for video calls, online meetings, or recording voice messages.
- Earbud Shape — the earbuds have the shape of classic earbuds with a grille featuring holes on the front. They simply fit into the ear and stay in the outer part. The left earbud is marked with the letter L.
- Appearance — the body of the earbuds has a dark smoky colour, through which the internal components shine through. The front grille is black with a radiating pattern. The cable is black and smooth.
- Cable and Connection — the cable ends with a 3.5 mm jack connector. You can connect the earbuds to a phone, tablet, laptop, computer, or player with this output. The connection works immediately without pairing or charging.

The earbuds are suitable for those who do not prefer plugs inserted into the ear canal. The bass tuning provides a fuller sound to the music, and the microphone on the cable allows you to take calls. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
