They connect to devices with a 1.2 m cable featuring a 3.5 mm jack connector. The package includes 8 foam tips that can be fitted onto the earbuds. The earbuds do not require charging or pairing; simply plug the connector into the headphone output.
- Earbud Shape — The earbuds have a classic round shape with a short stem from which the cable extends. They rest against the outer ear and do not insert into the ear canal like in-ear plugs. The left earbud is marked with the letter L on the stem.
- Foam Tips — The package includes 8 foam tips that stretch over the front of the earbuds. The tip softens the contact between the earbud and the ear, and you can remove or replace it at any time.
- Sound Parameters — The frequency range of the earbuds is 16 Hz to 23.2 kHz, encompassing deep bass and high tones. The sensitivity of the earbuds is 108 dB.
- Cable and Connector — The cable measures 1.2 m and ends in a straight 3.5 mm jack connector. At the top, the cable splits into two separate cables for the left and right earbuds.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
