The bamboo steamer is used for steaming food. It consists of a round container with a rack at the bottom and a lid. The base is made of parallel bamboo slats, with gaps between them for steam to pass through. The lid is woven from thin bamboo strips and reinforced with two crossed crossbars. Thanks to the natural material, the steamer has a traditional and unobtrusive appearance in the kitchen.
- Material — both the steamer and lid are made of bamboo. The natural material has a light colour and complements other wooden kitchen utensils well.
- Round container — the walls of the steamer are made from a bent bamboo strip that encircles the entire circumference. Inside the container is a rack on which the ingredients are placed. The lid has the same round shape and fits onto the upper edge of the container.
- Slat rack — the base consists of a series of parallel bamboo slats. Steam flows through the gaps between them directly to the food placed on the rack.
- Woven lid — the lid is woven from bamboo strips in a herringbone pattern. It is reinforced by two crossed crossbars that are tied in the middle.
- Usage — the steamer is designed for cooking in steam. The lid covers the food during preparation and keeps the steam inside the steamer.
- Size — the steamer is available in various sizes. A smaller steamer is suitable for preparing a smaller quantity of food, while a larger one can accommodate more dishes at once.
- Contents — 1x steaming steamer, 1x lid. The mat and other items shown in the photographs are not included.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
