The bamboo stand for pots protects the dining table and kitchen work surface from hot cookware. It consists of two bamboo pieces that slot together to form a cross. The pot or bowl then rests on the upper edges of the pieces, keeping the bottom of the container off the table. After use, the stand can be easily disassembled and both pieces stored flat. Natural bamboo suits both the kitchen and a beautifully set table.
- Surface Protection — the stand lifts the hot pot above the table surface, preventing the bottom of the container from touching the surface directly. It can be used on the dining table, kitchen counter, and during food serving.
- Slotting Construction — both pieces have a notch in the middle, allowing them to slot together into a cross shape. Assembly can be done by hand without any tools. The finished cross stands on four ends.
- Plate Support — the stand can also be placed inside a pot or pan to hold a plate of food above the bottom of the container, serving as a simple plate support.
- Easy Storage — after disassembly, you will have two flat pieces that take up minimal space in the kitchen. They can be stored in a drawer, on a shelf, or with kitchen boards.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
