The bamboo tea sieve captures the leaves of loose tea when pouring the infusion into a cup or teapot. It is handmade and its body is shaped like a small cylindrical basket with a long handle. The bottom of the sieve is equipped with small holes through which the infusion flows while the leaves remain inside. The handle passes through the wall of the sieve and protrudes on the opposite side as a short projection. This way, you can hold the sieve over the cup while pouring or place it on the neck of the teapot or glass jug.

  • Handmade — the sieve is handcrafted from natural bamboo. The shade and pattern of the bamboo may slightly vary between individual pieces.
  • Bottom with Holes — the bottom features a series of small holes arranged in concentric circles. The infusion flows through them, and the tea leaves are captured in the sieve.
  • Long Handle — the handle is made from thin bamboo stalks with natural nodes. Thanks to its length, your hand remains far from the hot infusion while pouring.
  • Usage — hold the sieve above the cup or place it on the neck of the container and slowly pour the infusion over it. The leaves will remain in the sieve, and only the finished tea will flow into the cup.
  • Dimensions — the sieve measures 18 x 4 cm. Its compact size is suitable for cups, teapots, and glass jugs for tea.
