Bamboo Blind 95 x 100 cm Window Covering for Balcony and Terrace Slats Tied into a Strip Side Cord Control Natural Brown
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
The blind with dimensions of 95 x 100 cm will cover a wide window sill including the frame, with the bottom edge ending approximately at the windowsill. The bamboo slats are tied into a single strip, as they are connected across the width by sturdy cords at regular intervals. Daylight passes only through the gaps between the slats, causing harsh sunlight to diffuse and leaving a pleasant brightness in the room. Air also flows through the same gaps, preventing heat from being trapped behind the blind, allowing for good ventilation near the window even in summer. The side cord control raises the strip to the top edge or lowers it over the entire panel depending on where the sun is shining. The natural brown colour with the pattern of the stems adds a warm appearance to the window and the covered balcony.
- Dimension 95 x 100 cm — the wide area will cover the window including the frame, the height ends at the windowsill and does not extend below the window ledge.
- Slats Tied into a Strip — bamboo slats connected by cords form a uniform whole, which rolls up into a neat coil at the top when raised.
- Side Cord Control — the blind is raised and lowered by pulling and will remain in the position required by the sunlight.
- Airy Gaps — air flows between the slats, so the blind provides shade without completely blocking the window like a solid board.
- Diffused Light — direct rays are refracted by the bamboo, allowing soft light to enter the room without glare, reflections, or harsh shadows.
- Natural Brown — a warm shade with the pattern of stems complements wooden sills, furniture, wickerwork, and greenery outside the window.
Contents:
- 1x bamboo blind 95 x 100 cm
The blind is suitable for kitchen windows, dining rooms, studies, and covered balconies, where the shading should end above the windowsill. The cord is pulled smoothly and straight, ensuring the slats roll up evenly and the bottom edge of the strip remains horizontal. Bamboo is intended for dry environments; constant moisture and standing in the rain are not beneficial, therefore the blind should be rolled up and stored in a dry place during winter. Cleaning is done dry, using a soft brush or cloth run along the slats, without water and without detergents. The shade of bamboo may vary slightly with each piece and will develop over time due to sunlight, which is characteristic of natural materials and is not a defect. The rolled-up blind takes up little space and can be easily stored in a cupboard or pantry out of season.
