Bamboo Blind 90 x 180 cm Window Screen for Balcony and Terrace Bamboo Slats in a Solid Band Side Cord Lift Natural Brown Colour
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
The screen with an area of 90 x 180 cm covers tall windows, glazed doors, and larger areas on a balcony, loggia, or under a roof overhang. Bamboo slats form a solid band as they are held across the entire width by sturdy cords spaced at regular intervals. Harsh light is diffused by the slats, allowing only a softened brightness to enter, which does not create glare or hot spots. Air also flows through the gaps between the slats, ensuring that it does not become stuffy behind the screen and remains pleasant by the window even on sunny days. The side cord lift raises the band into a roll at the top edge or lowers it back down over the entire height of the glazing. The natural brown colour of the bamboo with its reed pattern adds a warm appearance to the window and outdoor seating area.
- Dimension 90 x 180 cm — the area covers the window frame and the bottom edge reaches down to the floor or the edge of the railing.
- Bamboo slats in a solid band — the interwoven slats maintain a flat plane, do not twist, and when rolled, fold neatly into a roll at the top.
- Side cord lift — the screen is raised and lowered by pulling and can be stopped at any position according to the height of the sun.
- Airy gaps — air continuously flows between the slats, allowing the blind to provide shade without completely closing the window.
- Softened brightness — direct rays are diffused, leaving even light in the room without glare and sharp shadows.
- Natural brown colour — a warm shade with a reed pattern complements wood, rattan, wicker, textiles, and greenery around the window.
Contents of the package:
- 1x bamboo blind 90 x 180 cm
The screen is suitable for glazed walls, terrace doors, and attics where the sun shines in for a large part of the day. The cord pulls smoothly and straight, ensuring that the slats roll up evenly and the bottom edge of the band remains horizontal. Bamboo is intended for dry conditions; prolonged moisture and standing in rain are not beneficial, therefore the blind should be rolled up and stored under cover for winter. Maintenance is done dry; a soft brush or cloth can be run along the slats and cords without wetting or chemicals. The shade of the reeds naturally varies and deepens over time due to sunlight, which is part of the bamboo's character and is not a defect. When rolled up, the screen takes up little space and can be easily stored in a cupboard or attic out of season.
