The two metre length and 40 cm width make this bamboo blind a screen for tall windows, glazed doors, and open areas between posts on the terrace. The slat consists of thin bamboo slats connected by sturdy cords, which keep the entire surface flat from the top edge to the bottom edge. Harsh sunlight is diffused by the slats, allowing only subdued light to enter, while air continues to flow through the gaps, preventing the space behind the glass from overheating. The control cord runs along the side and determines how much of the full two metres remains extended and how much rolls up under the top edge. The natural brown slats have an irregular pattern, giving the blind the appearance of a natural material accessory rather than a technical component. Therefore, it serves as both shading and a natural decoration for windows, porches, or covered balconies.

The long blind is worthwhile where shorter shading does not reach the floor and sunlight directly penetrates through the lower edge of the glazing. When operating, it is pulled by the cord in a smooth motion, ensuring the entire two metres of slats wind evenly without twisting to one side. Bamboo can withstand outdoor conditions under a roof overhang, but it is better to avoid prolonged rain and soaking. During winter, the blind is rolled up and stored in a dry place where it will not become damp, deform, and will maintain its flat shape. Cleaning is done dry, by dusting or wiping with a soft cloth in the direction of the slats. The shade of individual stems may vary slightly in natural bamboo and over time will change due to sunlight exposure, which is characteristic of this material.

How do I return goods?
