The balcony privacy screen is a practical way to cover the railing and gain more privacy on your balcony. It is made of grey polyethylene fabric with a fine texture. The screen measures 0.9 x 5 m, so it will cover even longer sections of railing. There are eyelets at the top and bottom edges through which you can thread the cord or tie wraps. Both are included in the package, so you can start the installation right after unpacking.
- Privacy on the balcony — the screen will block the view of the balcony from outside and separate your space from the surroundings. You will feel more comfortable on the balcony while relaxing or sitting. The screen will also unify the appearance of the railing.
- Material — the screen is made of polyethylene. The grey fabric has a fine mesh structure and appears discreet and tidy on the railing.
- Size — the screen measures 0.9 x 5 m. Before purchasing, we recommend measuring the length and height of the railing to know how much screen you will need.
- Eyelets for attachment — there are eyelets for easy attachment at both the top and bottom edges. You can thread the cord or tie wraps through them and secure the screen to the railing.
- Cord and wraps — you can thread the cord through several eyelets in succession and tie the screen along its entire length. The tie wraps are useful for securing it firmly at individual points, such as in the corners.
- Installation — first, unroll the screen along the railing and secure it at the corners. Then gradually attach it at the other eyelets to ensure it is evenly taut. It is helpful to have a second pair of hands to hold the screen during installation. You can trim any excess ends of the tie wraps after tightening.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges

How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
