Baitcasting Reel 5.4:1 with 9.5 kg Drag and 11+1 Bearings Standard Spool Black-Grey Right-Handed For Sea Fishing and Octopus Fishing
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
The baitcasting reel with a standard spool is designed for sea fishing and octopus fishing, where drag strength and reliable braking are essential. Maximum drag force of 9.5 kg provides a reserve when battling tougher fish and cephalopods that anchor to the seabed. The operation is ensured by a system of 11+1 bearings, which allows for smooth handle engagement even under load. The slower gear ratio of 5.4:1 transmits more power with each turn, which is beneficial when pulling from depth and when using heavier lures. The reel is designed for right-handed use, and the black-grey body is complemented by bronze control elements and black drop-shaped handles.
- Gear ratio 5.4:1 — slower gear with higher drag on the handle
- Maximum drag force 9.5 kg — reserve for battling in saltwater
- 11+1 bearing system — smooth handle and spool operation under load
- Standard spool — balanced line capacity for standard sea setups
- Numbered spool drag control — scale from free spool to maximum for quick adjustments
- Star drag — drag adjustment directly under the handle while fishing
- Drop-shaped handles — comfortable grip even during prolonged winding under load
- Metal brace above the spool — reinforcement of the frame at the most stressed point
- Right-handed design — handle on the right side of the body
- Black-grey design — body complemented by bronze control elements
Contents of the package:
- 1x baitcasting reel
The reel is suitable for fishing from a boat or from the shore where heavier lures are used and there is a need to pull straight from depth — at sea, by piers, or when fishing for octopus on the seabed. A lower gear ratio means slower winding speed, but greater strength on the handle, making battles less strenuous. The numbered scale on the drag control makes it easier to return to a proven setting when changing lures. After each fishing session in saltwater, rinse the reel with fresh water and allow it to dry to maintain smooth operation. Before first use, set the drag according to the strength of the line and the weight of the lure being used.
