The automatic incubator is designed for hatching poultry chicks from fertilised eggs. It holds 16 eggs and can be set for different types of birds. The eggs in the incubator turn every two hours, so you do not need to turn them manually. The control panel with a digital display is located on the lid, and the bottom part of the incubator is transparent. The incubator is powered by a 12 V adapter, which is included in the package along with the power cable and instructions.
- Capacity and Dimensions — the incubator can hold 16 eggs, which lie in rows on rollers placed on a grid at the bottom. The incubator is made of plastic, and its dimensions are 32 x 20.5 x 12.5 cm.
- Automatic Turning — the rollers turn the eggs in the incubator every two hours. Therefore, you do not need to turn the eggs manually during incubation or keep track of when it is time to turn them. The rollers are fitted with gears at the ends, ensuring regular egg turning without your intervention.
- Different Types of Birds — the incubator is adjustable for different types of birds. You can place eggs of various sizes on the rollers, as shown in the photographs with chicken, duck, and quail eggs.
- Control Panel — on the front of the lid, there is a control panel with a digital display and buttons, which you use to set the incubator. There is also a light spot on the top of the lid, through which you can illuminate the eggs and check their development.
- Lid and Bottom Part — the incubator consists of a removable lid and a transparent bottom part. Once the lid is removed, you have easy access to the eggs. You can monitor the eggs through the transparent bottom without opening the lid, and you will see the hatched chicks immediately.
- Power Supply — the incubator operates at a voltage of 12 V. It is powered by an adapter that plugs into a 220 V socket. The adapter output is 12 V and 3 A, and the power cable with the adapter is included in the package.
- How to Start — place the eggs on the rollers, put on the lid, and connect the incubator via the adapter to the socket. Then, select the settings according to the type of bird on the control panel, and the incubator will take care of the regular turning of the eggs by itself. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
