The Art-Net to DMX512 converter transmits control data for lighting from a computer network to the lighting setup. The device offers two ports with RDM support and a total capacity of 1024 DMX512 channels. Configuration can be done on-site using the display and the Menu, Enter, Up, and Down buttons, without the need to connect a computer. The sACN protocol is also supported, with its status indicated by a separate LED. Power is supplied via a 5 V DC 500 mA connector, so a standard adapter or power bank is sufficient.

The converter is suitable for use in clubs, bars, concerts, balls, and for sound and lighting at smaller events. Network control means that only a standard network cable is needed between the computer and the lights, eliminating the need for running separate lines throughout the space. Control via the display and buttons allows for changing the address or mode directly on-site, even when a computer is not available. RDM and sACN support expands its use to fixtures and software that require these protocols. The 5 V DC power supply simplifies setup, as it can work with a standard network adapter.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
