The intelligent automatic top-up system FZONE FZ-360P addresses one of the most tedious maintenance tasks of an aquarium – the regular replenishment of water that evaporates. The device continuously monitors the water level using a precise optical sensor with an accuracy of 1 mm, and when the water level drops below the set point, it automatically activates the included pump to refill the aquarium from an external reservoir of spare water. For maximum safety, the system is equipped with a separate anti-overflow sensor and patented QST v2.0, EFTT, and AFT technologies that prevent overfilling in case of a main sensor failure. It is suitable for all sizes of freshwater and marine aquariums and maintains a constant water level and salt concentration, which is crucial especially for marine and semi-marine setups with sensitive inhabitants.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
