Instructions for Use
1. Place the sheet on the mattress or on the surface of the bed so that the conductive area is accessible for contact with the skin.
2. Connect the metal connector of the grounding cable to the textile connector on the sheet.
3. Insert the other end of the cable into the grounding socket of the electrical outlet or connect it to the grounding system.
4. For resting or sleeping, direct contact of the skin with the sheet is recommended to enable the transfer of electric charge.
Care and Maintenance
To maintain the conductive properties of the material, it is important to follow the recommended maintenance.
- Wash at least once every 2 weeks
- Machine washable or hand wash possible
- Recommended water temperature approximately 40 °C
- Tumble dry on a low temperature or air dry
- Do not use bleach or chlorine-based products
- Do not use fabric softeners
- Do not use detergents with oils
- Do not apply body oils or creams to the skin before sleeping
