Instructions for Use
1. Place the sheet on the mattress or bed surface.
2. Connect the metal connector of the cable to the metal contact on the sheet.
3. Plug the other end of the cable into the earthing socket of the electrical outlet or into an earthing system.
4. For proper function, direct skin contact with the surface of the sheet is recommended.
Care and Maintenance
- Wash approximately once every 1–2 weeks
- Machine wash or hand wash possible
- Recommended washing temperature up to 40 °C
- Air dry or tumble dry on a low heat
- Do not use bleach or chlorine agents
- Do not use fabric softener
- Do not use detergents containing oils (e.g. lavender or coconut)
- Do not use body oils or creams before sleeping
