Do you want to drop a small item from your drone at a specific location? This release system attaches to the body of the drone, allowing you to release the payload secured underneath it with a press of a button on the remote control. The system is designed for drones DJI Mavic Mini, DJI Mini 2, and Fimi X8 SE in the 2019 and 2020 versions. The package also includes landing legs and a small remote control. The frame and other parts are made from ABS plastic.
- Mounting Frame — the base of the system consists of a plastic frame that encircles the body of the drone. At its top, there is a clip that secures the frame to the drone. Version 1 is intended for Fimi X8 SE 2019 and 2020 drones, while Version 2 is for DJI Mavic Mini and Mini 2 drones.
- Release Mechanism — on the underside of the frame, there is a release mechanism with a metal pin. When the button on the controller is pressed, the mechanism releases the payload, causing it to drop down.
- Remote Control — the system is operated with a small keychain-shaped remote control featuring two buttons. Thanks to the ring, you can attach it to your keys.
- Side Modules — on the side of the frame, there is a module with a USB-C port and a small switch. On the opposite side of the frame, there is a smaller module connected by a cable to the release mechanism.
- Landing Legs — the package includes landing legs that will raise the drone higher off the ground. This leaves space under the drone body for the release system and the payload.
- Package Contents — 1x release system, 1x landing legs, 1x remote control. The drone is not included in the package.
The release system expands the capabilities of your drone by enabling the dropping of small items from a height. The frame is directly mounted onto the drone body, and you can release the payload with a single press of a button. Always check before flight that the payload is securely attached and within the capabilities of your drone. After the flight, you can remove the frame from the drone, allowing you to use the drone as usual. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
