The adapter is then connected to a power source with a compatible EC5 or DC 5.5 x 2.1 mm connector. It is designed for a voltage of 12 V. The body of the adapter is black and the EC5 connector is blue.
- Car cigarette lighter socket — the main part of the adapter is the car cigarette lighter socket. You plug in accessories that have a plug designed for a car cigarette lighter.
- EC5 connector — a blue female EC5 connector extends from the adapter. You can connect it to a power source or cable with a male EC5 connector.
- DC connector — the second connector is a male DC 5.5 x 2.1 mm. You can plug it into a power source that has a DC socket of the same size. With two different connectors, you have two connection options available.
- Voltage 12 V — the adapter is designed for a voltage of 12 V. Only connect power sources and accessories that operate at this voltage.
- Design — the body of the adapter has a cylindrical shape and is black. Both connectors are located at the opposite end from the socket opening.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
