The adapter is designed for devices with a hybrid dual SIM slot, where the position for the second SIM card is shared with a Micro SD memory card. It consists of a thin entry part sized Nano SIM, a flat flexible cable, and a SIM card holder. You insert the entry part into the device's slot and place the SIM card into the holder at the other end of the cable. The holder thus remains outside the device, for example, on its back. The length of the adapter is 3.8 cm.
- Nano SIM Input — the entry part of the adapter is the size of a Nano SIM card and has contacts on one side like a SIM card. You insert this part into the hybrid slot of the device.
- Flexible Cable — the entry part and holder are connected by a thin flat orange cable. It is flexible, allowing it to run along the side of the device to the holder on the back.
- SIM Card Holder — at the end of the cable is a holder with a frame and contacts, into which you insert the SIM card. The size of the card that the holder accommodates corresponds to the selected variant. The input is Nano SIM in all variants.
- Compatibility — the adapter works only in devices with a hybrid dual SIM slot. Before purchasing, please check that your device has this type of slot. This information can be found in the device's technical specifications.

The adapter for the hybrid slot moves the SIM card to an external holder at the end of the flat cable. The thin entry part sized Nano SIM remains in the device's slot. The length of the adapter is 3.8 cm and the cable can be bent as needed. Before purchasing, please verify that your device has a hybrid slot for two SIM cards and a Micro SD card.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
