The acoustic screen with stand creates a small recording booth around the microphone that does not need to be built on the desk. The five panels are covered on the inside with acoustic foam with a pyramid surface, which absorbs sound and limits its reflections from walls and furniture. The screen is mounted on a tripod stand with a height of 2 m, which is included in the package. This way, less room echo reaches the microphone, and the recording sounds clearer. The setup is suitable for recording vocals and voice in rooms without acoustic treatment.

  • Acoustic Foam — the foam with a pyramid relief covers the entire inner side of the panels. The textured surface absorbs sound waves that would otherwise reflect back into the microphone. Therefore, the recording is clearer and less burdened by echo.
  • Layered Construction — each panel consists of several layers, as shown in the photographs. Beneath the foam with pyramids is a middle layer, and the back is made of a perforated panel. The screen is made of plastic and foam.
  • Five Panels — the panels are connected by joints, allowing you to fold them into a tight arc around the microphone or spread them out into a wider shape. You can easily adjust the arrangement to the space you have available.
  • Stand — the screen is mounted on a tripod stand with a height of 2 m. Thanks to the three legs, the setup does not require a table or any other support.
  • Microphone Placement — place the microphone in the middle between the panels so that the foam is behind it and the open side of the screen is in front of it. Sing or speak from the open side directly into the microphone. The foam will then capture sound that would otherwise reflect off the wall behind the microphone.
  • Usage — you will appreciate the setup when recording vocals as well as spoken word. It is particularly helpful in typical living spaces where sound reflects off bare walls, windows, and furniture.
