Overview
Acoustic Screen for Microphone Folding Shield for Recording Singing and Podcasts Shaped Foam and Perforated Plastic Cover 45 x 30 cm

The acoustic screen is positioned behind the microphone and helps to capture sound reflections from the walls of the room. Recordings of singing, speech, or podcasts sound clearer even in a room without acoustic treatment. The screen consists of a central panel and two side wings that surround the microphone. The inner side is covered with shaped acoustic foam and the back is made of perforated plastic. The dimensions of the screen are 45 x 30 cm.

  • Acoustic foam — the inner side of the screen is covered with foam featuring a distinctly shaped surface. The foam absorbs some of the sound that would otherwise reflect back into the microphone from the walls.
  • Side wings — the screen consists of a central panel and two side wings. The wings can be rotated to surround the microphone as needed. This way, the screen captures sound not only from the back but also from the sides.
  • Plastic construction — the back is made of plastic with regular hexagonal holes. The plastic part forms the structure of the screen, and the foam is attached to it from the inside.
  • Mounting bracket — at the bottom of the screen, there is a mounting bracket with an arm for securing the screen. The microphone and stand are not included, so you can complement the screen with your own setup.
  • Compact dimensions — the screen measures 45 x 30 cm, making it suitable for smaller home studios or offices. Thanks to its folding design, you can easily store it away after recording.
  • Contents of the package — 1x acoustic screen.

The acoustic screen is a simple way to achieve cleaner sound recordings without expensive room modifications. The shaped foam with side wings captures some of the sound reflections that would otherwise enter the microphone. The screen is suitable for recording singing, podcasts, and spoken word as well as for streaming. Just place it behind the microphone and you can start recording. With dimensions of 45 x 30 cm, it will fit even in a smaller home studio.
