The standalone marking machine with a 50 W fibre laser burns text, numbers and graphics directly into the surface of metals and hard plastics. The source with a nominal output of 51 W operates at a wavelength of 1064 nm with a frequency of 45 to 170 kHz and a pulse width of 100 ns at 45 kHz. Galvo scanners guide the beam at speeds of up to 8000 mm/s with repeatability below 13 µrad, ensuring that pieces from the same series come out identical. The assembly includes an F-Theta lens for a 200 x 200 mm field and a column extension that raises the head above taller pieces and frees up space beneath the focal point. The machine is air-cooled, controlled via USB from a Windows computer using the supplied BSL Lite software with the correction tool CorFile2, and this variant does not include a LightBurn licence.
- Ink-free marking – the beam alters the surface of the material, ensuring that the description does not fade with wear, washing or contact with solvents, and does not require paint, film or adhesive labels that would need to be continuously purchased.
- Nominal output of 51 W – power regulation from 1 to 100 % allows for a transition from a fine light mark to a deeper engraving depending on the hardness of the surface, font size and desired contrast, without the need to change the head.
- Included F-Theta lens – the working field of 200 x 200 mm accommodates larger pieces or several smaller parts side by side, which reduces the number of fixtures and refocusing for repeated batches, covering the entire set in one pass.
- Stand extension – the column extension raises the marking head higher, allowing taller fixtures or bulkier objects to fit into the focal point that would not align under the base height.
- Precision of galvo scanners – repeatability below 13 µrad and positioning speed of 12 m/s at a focal length of 160 mm maintain the shape of the font even for small marks, fine lines and data codes.
- Operation without a water circuit – air cooling eliminates the need for a tank, hoses and fluid replacement, allowing the machine to start and operate almost immediately, without waiting for cooling and without maintenance of the coolant.
- Control from Windows – connection via USB is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 10 and 11, and marking is done using the supplied BSL Lite software, or with a personal LightBurn licence if the operator is already using it.

The machine is suitable for engraving shops, metal manufacturing and for manufacturers of labels, nameplates, tools and small metal parts on demand. It is placed on a workbench, the piece is positioned under the head, and the height of the head is adjusted along the column according to its thickness, with the same setting repeatable for other pieces. The power supply is provided by a single-phase network of 110-230 V at 50/60 Hz with a power consumption of up to 400 W and the environment should be +5 to +35 °C with humidity up to 90 % without condensation. The marking head has an IP54 rating and the laser unit has an IP20 rating, making the assembly suitable for typical workshop operations without high dust levels and does not require a separate air-conditioned room. The description is created without colours, films or adhesive labels, allowing operation without consumables, with costs consisting only of electricity and operator time.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
