Overview
50 W Fibre Laser with LightBurn Software and Rotary Axis with Chuck and Lens for 200 x 200 mm Field with Column Extension and Speed of 8000 mm/s

The 50 W marking kit also includes a LightBurn software licence, allowing designs to be prepared and sent to the machine without the need to purchase additional software. The rotary axis with chuck holds round pieces and rotates them smoothly, enabling the engraving to go around mugs, tubes, and rings along the entire circumference. The fibre source with a nominal output of 51 W and a wavelength of 1064 nm marks directly onto the surface at speeds of up to 8000 mm/s. The included F-Theta lens opens a field of 200 x 200 mm, and the column extension raises the head higher to accommodate taller clamped parts. The machine cools with air, connects via USB to a Windows computer, and is powered from a single-phase network of 110-230 V at 50/60 Hz with a power consumption of up to 400 W.

  • LightBurn Licence Included – designs can be drawn, imported, and arranged in series directly in one programme, and the CorFile2 tool provided with it ensures field alignment, eliminating the need to search for and purchase a separate solution.
  • Rotation Under the Beam – the chuck grips the tube or ring, and the motor moves it precisely by the chosen angle, allowing the engraving to follow the circumference without manual repositioning and without a visible break where the text closes.
  • 50 W Source and 1064 nm – frequency of 45 to 170 kHz and adjustment from 1 to 100 % allows fine-tuning of light shades and deeper engravings according to surface hardness, font size, and desired contrast.
  • Extended Marking Area – the lens for a 200 x 200 mm field can accommodate larger pieces or several smaller parts side by side, saving time and reducing the number of clamping and refocusing in repeated series.
  • Head Height Increase on Column – the extension lengthens the stand and frees up space for the rotary axis and bulky items that would not fit under the basic head height.
  • Speed of 8000 mm/s – fast deflection of the galvo scanners reduces the time for a single engraving, and repeatability under 13 µrad maintains consistent results across the entire series.
  • Power Supply 110-230 V – single-phase connection at 50/60 Hz and power consumption of up to 400 W is sufficient for a standard workshop socket, while cooling is provided by air without a water circuit, tank, or regular fluid changes.

Package Contents:

  • 1x fibre laser marking machine
  • 1x rotary axis with chuck
  • 1x F-Theta lens for 200 x 200 mm field
  • 1x column extension
  • 1x LightBurn software licence

The kit finds application in engraving shops, metalworking, jewellery manufacturing, and in operations where tools, labels, and promotional items are marked. The operating temperature is +5 to +35 °C and humidity up to 90 % without condensation, making the assembly suitable for a typical dry workshop without dusty operations. The rotary axis is placed on a table, the piece is secured in the chuck, the head is focused using the column, and the software allows the selection of speed, power, and number of passes. A test pass on a scrap piece will show whether the rotation and power settings are correct, ensuring that the end of the inscription aligns precisely with its beginning and that the font width remains consistent around the circumference. Since the marking is burned directly into the material, it does not consume any colours or labels, and the laser with chuck, wider lens, and complete software covers flat and cylindrical pieces from a single package.
