50 mm Cyclone Dust Separator Bagless Double Collector for Workshop with Accessories for Vacuums and Dust Extraction

This double cyclone dust separator with an internal diameter of 50 mm is designed for the most efficient separation of both coarse and fine dirt that is drawn into the vacuum cleaner or workshop extraction system. Thanks to the clearly defined inlet size of 50 mm, you can immediately tell if it is compatible with your hoses. It uses strong centrifugal airflow, which causes dust to settle in the collection container before reaching the vacuum cleaner. This significantly reduces filter clogging, extends their lifespan, and maintains stable suction performance. The entire construction is made from durable material that withstands working with wood dust, shavings, plastic, metal shavings, and construction waste. The separator is suitable for both home workshops and more demanding operations.

The double cyclone system offers much higher efficiency than standard single-chamber collectors. The airflow first enters the main cyclone, where larger particles are separated, and then continues into the second chamber, which captures fine dust. This ensures that only a minimal amount of dirt reaches the vacuum cleaner. Also included is a complete set of parts that allow for easy attachment of the cyclone to the lid of the container or to the wall.

Assembly Instructions:
1) Preparing the Container Lid
Mark the centre hole for the lower cyclone and smaller holes for the screws. Drill them and check the precise seating.
2) Attaching the Main Cyclone
Insert it into the hole and secure it with a metal flange. Seal with washers and nuts.
3) Installing the Second Cyclone
Using the side bracket, attach the upper cyclone to create a two-stage separation system.
4) Inserting Seals and Chamber
Fit the seal and transparent chamber, securing it with threads to prevent air leaks.
5) Connecting Hoses
Connect the hose with contaminated air to the side inlet of 50 mm and secure it with a clamp. Connect the outlet hose to the upper part.
6) Checking Airflow
The inlet hose leads from the tool to the side, the outlet goes upwards to the vacuum cleaner.
7) Completion
Use a sealable container for easy emptying.
