Assembly Instructions:
1) Preparing the Container Lid
Mark the centre hole for the lower cyclone and smaller holes for the screws. Drill them and check the precise seating.
2) Attaching the Main Cyclone
Insert it into the hole and secure it with a metal flange. Seal with washers and nuts.
3) Installing the Second Cyclone
Using the side bracket, attach the upper cyclone to create a two-stage separation system.
4) Inserting Seals and Chamber
Fit the seal and transparent chamber, securing it with threads to prevent air leaks.
5) Connecting Hoses
Connect the hose with contaminated air to the side inlet of 50 mm and secure it with a clamp. Connect the outlet hose to the upper part.
6) Checking Airflow
The inlet hose leads from the tool to the side, the outlet goes upwards to the vacuum cleaner.
7) Completion
Use a sealable container for easy emptying.
