The 5 m photovoltaic extension cable is used to connect a solar panel to a charge controller, inverter, or other wiring in the assembly. It is supplied as a pair of wires in red and black design, so the polarity is distinguished by the colour of the insulation, preventing confusion during installation. The cables are suitable for connecting a panel to a charge controller, extending existing wiring, or replacing a damaged piece in a functional assembly. The free end allows for custom termination — lug, cable eye, or direct connection to a terminal. Five metres in length covers the distance between a panel in the garden or on the roof and a controller located inside a building or caravan. When designing the wiring, consider that voltage drop increases with the length of the run, so choose the shortest reasonable distance. The colour distinction of the insulation facilitates polarity checks during any subsequent adjustments to the assembly.

Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
