The ultralight hiking rucksack with a capacity of 25 + 10 L is designed for one-day and multi-day trips, where large space without unnecessary weight is advantageous. The main compartment closes with a drawstring collar, which can be loosened to gain an additional ten litres for bulkier equipment. The dimensions 53 x 28 x 8 cm keep the rucksack slim, making it easy to navigate between rocks and in dense terrain. The front and side mesh pockets can hold a bottle, map or wet jacket without having to unpack the main compartment. The unisex cut and adjustable straps mean that the rucksack fits both men and women.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
