The 2-in-1 wireless charging pad combines charging for your phone and watch in one place. Place your wireless charging compatible phone on the area marked with a cross and your Apple Watch on the circular spot on the other side. The pad has a flat oval shape with a white top surface and a grey edge. It offers a total output of 10 W and is powered via a USB-C connector. It is made from ABS and PC plastics.
- Phone Charging — place your wireless charging compatible phone on the area marked with a cross. Charging occurs without plugging a cable into the phone. You can lift the phone at any time and return it without disconnecting anything.
- Watch Charging — place your Apple Watch on the circular spot on the other side of the pad. You do not need a separate charger for the watch. You can keep both your phone and watch stored side by side without searching for them.
- Power and Supply — the pad has a total output of 10 W and an output voltage of 5 V. The USB-C socket on the pad is used for power, to which you connect the power cable.
- Everyday Use — simply place both devices on the pad without needing to connect any cables. In the evening, you can leave them in one place, and in the morning, they are ready to use. The pad is suitable for the bedroom, living room, or office.
- Material and Appearance — the pad is made from ABS and PC plastics. The white top surface is bordered by a grey edge, and there is an orange stripe on the front. The flat oval shape fits well on a desk or bedside table.
- Package Contents — 1x charging pad. Variant 1 includes just the pad, while variant 2 additionally includes a USB wall adapter.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
