Both lenses are connected by a thread. When used together, they function as a wide-angle lens, and when you unscrew the macro lens by turning it clockwise, you can use it separately. The operation is simple: clip it onto your phone, align the lens with the camera, and start shooting. You can also attach the lens to the front camera, where in wide-angle mode, you can capture more surroundings and more people in selfies. For the best results when using the macro lens, hold the phone at a short distance from the subject and slowly find the point where the image is sharp. Always use the wide-angle lens connected to the macro lens; otherwise, the wide-angle effect will not be noticeable. With the 12.5x macro lens, you will discover details that a regular mobile camera cannot capture. With the 0.45x wide-angle lens, you can fit significantly more space into a single photo. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
