The laptop bag with dimensions 45 x 30 x 3.5 cm is designed for devices with a diagonal of 17.3". The main compartment closes with a zip and is lined with padding with a waffle profile that absorbs shocks and impacts during transport. The bag has two sturdy handles for carrying by hand and a detachable shoulder strap with a soft pad. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
