Before connecting, polarity must be checked, as the positive and negative wires connect directly to the terminals of the battery or the output of the solar regulator. The source must remain direct current, as 220 V mains voltage would damage the pump, which the manufacturer also warns against. Securely fastening it to the surface reduces vibrations and preserves hose connections, which would otherwise loosen and start to leak over time. The threaded outlets with an internal diameter of 25 mm fit standard garden accessories, allowing the circuit to be assembled from available parts. The turquoise body with a height of 150 mm and a length of 242 mm also fits on narrower shelves or in a box with solar equipment. Thus, the pump complements an off-grid setup with a panel and battery, where a mains socket is not available.
