Replacement pH Probe with BNC Connector Q9, Range 0–14 pH, Cable 300 cm, Glass Electrode, pH Sensor and Tester for Aquarium and Hydroponics

This replacement pH probe is designed for measuring the pH of water and aqueous solutions in aquariums, hydroponic systems, fish tanks, swimming pools, irrigation systems, and in laboratories. The electrode connects via a standard BNC connector (Q9), allowing it to be used with pH meters, controllers, and monitoring devices that have a BNC input. With a cable length of 300 cm, you can position the measuring device at a safe distance from the water, for example, next to a large aquarium, hydroponic tent, or tank. The measuring part consists of a sensitive glass bulb, which is protected by a plastic casing of the tip, thus reducing the risk of mechanical damage. Using the included suction cup, the probe can be attached to the wall of the tank for continuous monitoring of pH values.

The replacement pH probe with BNC connector is a practical solution for replacing a worn electrode in an existing pH meter, controller, or monitoring device. The five calibration buffers included in the package allow the probe to be calibrated at multiple points in the measuring range, both in acidic and alkaline areas. The long cable along with the suction cup makes installation easier for larger aquariums, hydroponic tanks, and other systems where it is necessary to keep the measuring device out of reach of water. The probe is not intended for deionised or distilled water, strongly alkaline solutions with pH above 12, highly corrosive or viscous liquids, or for permanent measurement in high-temperature solutions. Between measurements, we recommend storing the electrode in the protective cap with solution to prevent the glass bulb from drying out and to keep it reliably functional.
