The ECO 4FT nitrate tester for food is designed to check the nitrate content in fruit, vegetables, meat, and fish while also measuring the radiation level in the surrounding environment. The food safety detector operates with a measuring probe that simply needs to be inserted into the flesh or meat, and the measured value in mg/kg is displayed on the colour TFT display. The measuring range 0–9999 mg/kg covers common foods as well as samples with a high nitrate content. The current radiation value in µSv/h is shown in the top bar of the display, providing you with constant awareness. Its compact size and lightweight design allow for use in the kitchen, while shopping at the market, and when travelling.

  • Nitrate measurement in fruit, vegetables, meat, and fish – select the category and specific type of food from the menu, and the device will display the measured value along with the standard for that type.
