The cover of this diary features a dark checked pattern in burgundy brown tones, on which sits an image of a plush bear. The bear wears a blue scarf with white spots around its neck, complemented by the white inscription FLAVOR OF LIFE. The inner part is divided into 53 weeks, each occupying a double page. On the left, the week is broken down into days, while the right side provides space in squares for anything else. The diary thus facilitates time management and keeps notes together with the plan.

  • Column of Days – the left side is filled with seven sections stacked vertically, each with the English abbreviated name of the day. The header above the sections is for adding the month and week number. Each section is sufficient for the main points of the day, such as a meeting, task, or reminder. The column of days clearly indicates which days are already booked.
