The portable 2FT nitrate tester is designed for quick checks of nitrate content in fruit, vegetables, meat and fish directly in the kitchen, at the market or while shopping for food. Measurement is done using a metal probe that you insert into the flesh or meat. The result is displayed in mg/kg on a colour TFT display along with the standard for the selected food, allowing you to easily compare the measured value. The detector operates in a range of 0–9999 mg/kg with a measurement error of up to 10%. In addition to nitrates, it also measures radiation in the surrounding environment. Thanks to its compact size and weight of just 85 g, the food safety tester fits comfortably in your pocket or handbag.

After measuring, simply clean the probe, replace the protective cover, and store the device in a dry place, such as the included case.
