The Kung Fu set combines the ware and auxiliary equipment for the traditional Chinese tea ceremony on one working surface. The ware is made from handcrafted Yixing ceramics in a dark shade with a matte finish. The solid wood tray features a gridded top surface, beneath which water from rinsing the ware and warming the cups drains away. The set includes a teapot, a small pot for blending tea, tea cups, a strainer, a sealed canister for loose tea, and a vessel for drained water. The assembly is complemented by bamboo tools in a vertical stand, a wooden mat with a brush, and a tea figurine, making the set ready for use without the need for additional purchases.

  • Solid wood tray — the gridded surface drains excess water into the space beneath it, allowing the ware to be poured with boiling water directly during preparation. The corners are reinforced with metal fittings, and the surface features a carved motif.
  • Ceramic teapot — used for steeping loose tea. The low shape with a side handle keeps the centre of gravity low, ensuring the teapot stands steadily even when filled.
  • Small pot for blending tea — the finished brew is poured into it before being divided into cups, ensuring each has the same strength. The rounded shape with a spout minimises dripping.
  • Tea cups — smaller cups suitable for serving in small doses, as is customary in the Kung Fu method. They are arranged side by side on the tray.
  • Canister for loose tea — a container with a lid, where tea is stored directly with the set and does not need to be transported from the kitchen.
  • Stand with bamboo tools — tools for scooping loose tea, handling hot cups, and cleaning the strainer, stored in a vertical ceramic container.
  • Vessel for drained water — a wide bowl for the first rinse of tea and for water from warming the ware.
  • Packaging — the set is packed in a box measuring 40 x 30 x 10 cm, making it easy to store and present as a gift.
