Wi-Fi 24 GHz Presence Radar Sensor Ceiling Mount 80–240 V Light Detection Tuya Smart Life For Automation

The ceiling presence radar sensor is designed for smart home control based on whether a person is in the room. Thanks to mmWave 24 GHz technology, it can detect presence even with very slight movement, such as when working at a desk or resting. Connecting to the Tuya Smart / Smart Life app allows you to create automations that switch on lights or other elements based on the situation. The sensor also measures light intensity, enabling it to respond to daylight and prevent unnecessary lighting. The ceiling design is installed as a recessed light and is powered directly from the mains.

Power supply of 80–240 V is ideal for permanent installation without visible cables. Detection is optimised for ceiling placement and allows you to set sensitivity and working zones according to room size. In the app, you can adjust the hold time for activation, reaction delay, and minimum and maximum distance to reduce the number of unwanted triggers. The sensor is suitable for living rooms, kitchens, hallways, and offices – anywhere you want automation based on presence. The ceiling variant is characterised by quick response and more accurate evaluation in demanding scenarios.
