Instructions for Use
1) Before use:
– Shake the liquid resin before use.
– Clean the resin tank and print platform to ensure clean and even light transmission.
2) During use:
– Unscrew the cap and pour the resin into the tank according to your device's requirements.
– Select the correct parameters and print settings.
3) After printing:
– After printing, use appropriate tools for post-processing, such as a blade, pliers, tweezers, containers, or gloves.
– The model can be rinsed with water.
4) Post-processing:
A. Carefully remove the model from the print platform using a blade.
B. Submerge the model in a cleaning solution, rinse manually or clean ultrasonically, then remove and let dry.
C. Remove supports as needed, level the surface, adjust colour, or make further modifications.
5) Wastewater disposal:
A. Do not discharge wastewater directly into the drain to prevent groundwater contamination.
B. Allow used water to stand, then expose it to sunlight to ensure that resin residues fully cure. After curing, residues can be safely disposed of as solid waste, preventing environmental pollution.
