The band measures 150 x 15 cm and due to its length, it can be held with both hands above the head, behind the back, or braced against the feet. The material has a thickness of 0.35 mm and the band provides a resistance of approximately 6.8 kg, making it one of the lighter resistance bands with a smooth pull. The band has no handles or clips; the ends can simply be wrapped around the palms or tied as needed for the exercise. It can be used for yoga, pilates, rehabilitation exercises, and for warming up before running or strengthening.

  • Band dimensions – the length of 150 cm is sufficient for exercises standing, seated, or lying down, and the width of 15 cm comfortably distributes across the palm or over the foot. The band is wide enough to avoid digging into the skin during pulls and stays in place even during repeated movements.
