The set of electric salt and pepper mills includes two identical black mills and a stand, which provides a permanent place for them on your countertop or table. You fill one mill with pepper and the other with salt, keeping both always within reach. Each mill grinds spices at the push of a button on the top, and the grinding is handled by a ceramic grinding core, which is hard and resistant to wear. The mills are powered by 4 AAA batteries in each unit, so they do not require a cable or socket. The body combines plastic and stainless steel and fits comfortably in one hand.

On the front of each mill, there is a transparent container with a window, allowing you to see at a glance where the pepper is and where the salt is, as well as how much spice is left. The container is filled by opening the lid on the front, making it easy to pour in spices without spilling. During grinding, a LED light illuminates, indicating that the mill is in operation and helping you to dose the spices accurately. The set also includes a cleaning brush to remove any leftover spices.

Before first use, remove the top cover from each mill, insert the batteries according to the indicated polarity, and replace the cover. Open the container lid, pour in the spices, and close the lid. By turning the bottom of the mill clockwise, you can set a finer grind, and counterclockwise for a coarser grind. Do not immerse the mills in water and do not wash them in a dishwasher; simply wipe the surface with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Use the included brush to remove any spice residues around the grinding core. Only use dry spices in the mills.
