This resistance band with higher resistance is designed for those who want to train at home with a more significant load while also having a tool for stretching at hand. The resistance of the band is approximately 11.3 kg, making it a sturdy band suitable for strength exercises for legs, back, chest, and shoulders. The dimensions 200 x 15 cm provide enough length for gripping with both hands and for exercises where the band is anchored under the feet and leads overhead. The thickness of 0.55 mm gives the band strength while still allowing it to be easily wrapped around the palms or tied. The beige band is suitable for strength training, Pilates, conditioning workouts, and rehabilitation exercises with resistance.

  • Strong Resistance – the load of approximately 11.3 kg provides noticeable resistance when stretched, making the band particularly suitable for exercises involving large muscle groups, such as squats, lunges, pulls, or presses. For trainees with basic fitness, it serves as a full substitute for lighter weights.
  • Length 200 cm – the long band can be folded in half, tied into a loop, or used at full length. It allows taller individuals to comfortably perform overhead exercises without needing to stretch the band too much at the beginning of the movement.
  • Thickness 0.55 mm – the thicker material maintains its shape and the tension remains even throughout its length. The band does not twist into a narrow rope during exercises and distributes well in the palm.
  • Width 15 cm – the wide surface distributes pressure on the foot or hand, which is particularly noticeable during strength exercises when the band is fully stretched. By folding it lengthwise, the band can be narrowed for a firmer grip.
  • Load Regulation – the resistance changes with the distance of the grip. A shorter stretched section increases the load, while a longer one decreases it. This allows for performing more challenging strength series as well as lighter stretching exercises with a single band.
