Instructions for Use:

  1. Hold the ball in your palm and rotate the inner rotor about 90° in the direction of the arrow until you hear a soft "click".
  2. Release the rotor – it will start to rotate slowly.
  3. Immediately begin to rotate your wrist in circular motions – this will increase the speed and resistance.
  4. The faster you move your wrist, the stronger the resistance.
  5. Train for 1–3 minutes on each hand, gradually increasing the duration and intensity.
