Overview
Gymnastic Rings 28 mm Pair with 5.1 m Straps and Numbered Markers for Height Adjustment for Calisthenics, CrossFit and Bodyweight Training

The gymnastic rings in a pair are a versatile tool for bodyweight training that can be hung at home, in the gym or outdoors. Each ring has an outer diameter of 23.6 cm and thickness of 28 mm, making it comfortable to hold in the hand and allowing for a firm grip during hangs and supports. The rings are suspended on two black straps measuring 5.1 m in length, which are sufficient for attachment to a pull-up bar, ceiling hook or strong tree branch. The bottom part of each ring has a blue wrap and the straps feature numbered markers, allowing for equal height adjustment of both rings. This pair is suitable for calisthenics, CrossFit, gymnastic training and home strength training.

  • Ring Dimensions – the outer diameter of 23.6 cm and inner diameter of 18 cm provide ample space for the entire palm and forearm passage. The thickness of 28 mm corresponds to a standard grip and is suitable for adult hands of medium size.
  • Long Straps – the straps, measuring 5.1 m in length and 3.8 cm in width, can be thrown over a pull-up bar, beam or branch and adjusted to the desired height depending on the type of exercise. Low-hanging rings are suitable for push-ups and inverted rows, while higher-hanging rings are for pull-ups and hangs.
  • Numbered Markers – the straps feature printed numbers and segments, allowing both rings to be easily adjusted to the same height. When changing exercises, the previous position can be quickly located using the markers.
  • Blue Wrap – the bottom part of the ring, which is most often held, is wrapped in blue tape. The wrap defines the grip area and is clearly visible on the ring.
  • Exercises on the Rings – the unstable suspension forces the body to constantly maintain balance, engaging the shoulders, arms, chest, back and core. Exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups, rows, dips, hangs, supports and more advanced gymnastic elements can be performed on the rings.
  • Progressive Difficulty – beginners can practice with their feet on the ground and gradually transition to exercises in a hang or support position. The difficulty can also be adjusted by changing the height of suspension and the angle of the body.
  • Easy Portability – the rings and straps can be removed after training, rolled up and fit into a sports bag, making them easy to take to the park or on holiday.

Package Contents:

  • 2x strap

A pair of gymnastic rings with long straps is compact equipment for bodyweight training in various locations. The rings can be hung at home on a pull-up bar, in the gym on a structure or outdoors on a tree, and the height can be quickly adjusted using the numbered markers on the straps. The size of the ring and the wrap allow for a firm grip during hangs and supports. The unstable suspension engages both large and stabilising muscles and allows for a gradual transition from simpler exercises to more challenging elements. The rings are suitable for calisthenics, CrossFit and gymnastic training for beginners and advanced users.
